A Look Back

This November marks the seventh anniversary of my very first exhibit installation for a small business client. It’s hard to believe so much time has passed, but it’s equally exciting to look back at this little gallery and be reminded of the passion, dedication, and ingenuity of the team who put it together. We took bare brick walls and an idea, and transformed those basics into a rich story celebrating a company’s heritage in photographs, artifacts, and narrative. I hope you enjoy this trip down memory lane as much as I did!

Before: just a big ole empty room with some posters precariously 3M-taped to the walls.
During: exhibit panel rails were custom-built by the company’s craftsmen, with text written by myself and designed by the in-house graphic artist; museum-quality exhibit cases for the company’s collection of artifacts were customized by its craftsmen and installed by your favorite consulting curator.
After: tah-dah!
After: a lovely little exhibit case celebrating some treasures in the company’s collection.
After: a look at the text panel rails and oversized photographs that helped tell the company’s story.

See you again in the new year.
